The quantity shown in the whole bowl full of the biryani masala looks closer to a cup i,e. almost 8 ounces ...instead of 1 tablespoon as mentioned in the ingredient section of your video below. So the question is ..how much is the quantity in a bowl full as show? 8 ounces or a whole cup or 1 tbsp...which seems inpossible Kindly let me know. Hi there, thank you for sharing your great recipe! May I ask what is Aloo Bukhara? I google and it says it is dry plums . I live in Australia. Can I use dry prunes ? Looking forward to hearing from you
Hey if you find red or black plums you can dehydrate them in the oven. Aloo Bukhara is not apricot. Apricots will give a sweetish taste whereas the plums have a unique tart taste. The best place to find these would be Irani grocery stores.

Yes if you cool down the rice a little bit. It will not make the rice mushy.
