    Breathwork is da bomb!! I like to swim before going on a date, tho it’s been a while since I went for a swim if you know what I mean 😅

    How do you undo the effects of being neurodivergent, with the years of rejection, taunting, insults etc. from women that almost invariably comes with it?

      Hi George! Our advice would be to first start by building your confidence so that any future rejection will not impact how you truly see yourself. Confidence is also something women can see and admire!
