Laura honestly don’t worry !! If you walk about to see food available then sit down straight away breakfast is always warm😊, it’s a great hotel absolutely spotless!! Staff are all so lovely and if you request a higher floor main pool view via email they will try their very best for you! We are a family of 7 aged 13,18’sand early 20’s and 49 and are returning for our 3rd yr in a row and you’ll always get a sunbed too
No way in a million years is this a 4 star hotel. Breakfast is cold every morning, temperature dials on the outside off hot counters showed only 60 degrees when we was there last week. No control of aircon in rooms. No tea and coffee making facilities in rooms. 3 stars would be being very generous.
Awful. When we first stayed 9 years ago it was lovely. 8 years later as mentioned cold food, have to give card details to buy drinks etc, I don't like giving my card details to somebody I don't know. Last 3 stays we were put above the kitchens, resulting in smelly clothes, no view, and being woken every morning at 3-4-5am by bin lorries, deliveries and staff arriving and shouting. Never again.
