Peach Cobbler Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup milk
1 cup of sugar
1 egg
1 stick of unsalted butter
3 cups of peaches (in heavy syrup)
1 tsp of vanilla
1/8 tsp of cinnamon
1/8 tsp of fresh nutmeg
2 tbsp of brown sugar
**Serving for 4-6 people**
