Dude, blessings, I use to put your cruising as a background in a big screen time ago in a place i use to work time ago, but now youtube recommend this video and I feel I must say thanks, keep rolling and longlife
I broke my humerous first week or so on mine. Got right back on it wearing a sling. I know I'm a bit crazy. I couldn't let the fear stop me though. I decided to learn to push normal do a 180 then push goofy. 180 again to normal and rinse and repeat. After 3 months in a sling doing that my balance was insane once the sling came off. May want to lube your bushings. Not supposed to sound like that. Or sound off at all. That sound makes me cringe haha.
Nothing crazy about that, you have a passion!!!! Those bushing are long time gone. Every time I "hear" that video it's embarrassing 🤣 Now there is nothing I can do about it :')
if you put some wax or speed cream in the pivoy cups, your trucks won't be so squeaky. you might not mind, but that kinda thing would drive me nuts. P.S. if you use speed cream, I'd wait a bit before using them or the lube will just come out in the first few minutes
Hey nice vid, got a question for you. Would you recommend trip or prana for general long distance pushing/commuting....and what are the major difference between the two. Thanks (about me: just recently started and got the loaded dervish same and have just been cruising and a bit of carving)
I prefer Trip. It's a bit longer and for that reason it's easier to drag it when I need to walk. Another factor is that on my Trip I have RKP trucks, and I like them more from Paris Street, that I had on Pranyama. Apart from that, they are very similar boards.
how are you going up those lowered sidewalk curbs, im very new and when i try to go up my board gets caught also, if im unable to maintain higher speeds and cruise around is that an issue with my pushing or potentially friction in the wheels?
I’m not sure about pintal; I’ve never had one. I think the biggest factor for pumping is track setup. I like to have them very hard and stable, but I’ll change the bushings to soft and check how it will pump. Stay tuned.
Another thing: I have my rare truck kinda tight for stability and the one in front kinda loose for turning. I ride a Drop down. How do you set yours? Your curves are closer than mine. Sorry to ask a lot, but... ¿Could you also tell me the size of your wheels and what bearings do you use? I thought my riding was smooth until I saw this. Thanks in advance, man.
That's how I do like to setup my tracks. Hard bushings on the back, softer on the front, barrels. In newest setup I'm using reked Callibre (50deg front, 44deg backs) where I can play with positive and negative rake to make that difference even more distinct.
depending on what board you have, the wheelbase and the truck angles can determine how fast you can carve your board. shorter wheelbase turn quicker and higher truck angles turn quicker.
love the videos ill share mine too you when i get them filmed here in las vegas nevada i have some nice scenery to show you as well keep skakting Bartek
been watching your videos for a long time and, fool of me, I just did realize the trucks you're rocking are TKP. How do you prefer TKP over RKP in such a long' n' low board?
I prefer RKP. This is an old video with my first Pantheon. Pranyama's are designed around speed vents and Paris Street. Those days I'm riding way more stable and speed wobble prone setup. Cal III 50/44 raked, on Trip with McFly's.
Not really. This is LDP, mostly for going on straight and carving. When I need something with kicktail I'm jumping on another board that's less suitable for long trips, but more agile.

After 1y I'm still not supper confident with mongo (that's how it's called). On that vid I was about 3 month in process of slowly improving it. There is another technique that I want to learn in feature, it's switch push, basically switching between regular and goofy on the go.

Pranyama is in few online shops in europe, very recently I've buyed Trip from UK online store. My setup is pretty stock. some good 85mm soft wheel, Paris 149mm street trucks. On Trip I have Paris V3 165mm 50° trucks and I like them more. On both bords I've changed stock bushings (hard, im 85kg) barrel for that linear feal and instant return to strait.
