HK Geoparks x The Smallest Ap Chau & Kat O Hakka Fishing Village｜【

We took a boat at Ma Liushui Pier 3 heading to two popular UNESCO Geoparks in Hong Kong❗️
✔️ Ap Chau (Duck Island)🦆
It's the smallest inhabited island in Hong Kong, with only 0.04 square kilometers. Because of its special sea erosion duck-like shape, it's named Ap Chau (Duck Island). Unlike other islands, the residents of Ap Chau believe in Christianity, and there's a Christian church on the island⛪️
✔️Kat O🐟
Because of its long and narrow coastline, the locals think it's very auspicious and can be used as a natural harbor, so it's named Kat O. Taoism is believed here. Mazu, Guanyin, and tiny temples made of stone appear every ten minutes at the corners. There were more than 6,000 residents on the island in its heyday, and now there're only about 50 left.
The weather was very good when we went to the islands. The two are ten minutes away by boat. There were a lot of butterflies and swallows on the islands. Although I was very nervous when flying the drone, I still took a bunch of beautiful photos🦋🐦
