Hi doctor my brother was struggling since two months and suddenly come seizure and no active in body. Doctor given TB tablets for treatment can it is curable?
Hi Doctor, how fast TBM develops? Our patient(70 yrs) all of sudden had fever. During first week the patient was treated with simple medication but the fever was not going down. In the second week even after giving antibiotics and antiviral medication the fever was still high and this treatment lasted for about 1.5 week. In third week doctors performed open biopsy of Supraclavicular lymph node and the next day patient complaint trouble in speaking. Before we could even diagnose TBM the patient was already unconscious due to infection in the Brain. Does TBM spread so fast in the Brain that within 4 to 4.5 week Patient becomes unconscious? and according to doctor VP Shunt may or may not save the patient. This happened just all of sudden before starting the treatment.

Yes curable , but depends on severity of disease and compliance towards treatment .
Depends on weather you diagnose it early or not
Early treatment Started 4 month Going Now so many Struggle I faced like Heavy headaches and 2 time Conscious but I recovered from this still Treatment is going
