    I am praying that you end up keeping Watson and Sherlock. It is very evident that you have such an incredible bond with these two precious little souls already, that it just seems right to make them part of your pack as well.

    You are a superstar Charlie. Incredible info. Not all puppies are as fortunate to get a good headstart in life. I can't bear the thought of life long complications for any dog.
    Dogs are cool people. 😎

    Swimmer would probably lead to problems when he’s older. Like W sitting for toddlers and children. Good catch - it could potentially interfere with breath capacity

    Just goes to show you how getting a puppy from a reputable breeder can make a difference. We probably wouldn’t know about this problem until it was too late. Thank you.

    Wow! Well done for spotting this with Sherlock and immediately putting into motion a way to help sort out the problem! 👍

    You seem to have had more than your share of problems with this litter. Does this mean that you probably will not let Apple have another litter?

      Not necessarily. The big question is whether or not I am up to the work and stress - I'm not getting any younger.

    I learn so much watching your videos. Thanks for being so dedicated to the pups; it would be wonderful if all breeders were as capable and caring as you and your family are! When will you test to confirm who the daddy's are?

      The DNA swabs will be sent in this week, and it takes them several weeks to process and send me the profiles.

    I didn't know his. Do you know what causes them to lay like that to start with?

    • @chaskat35
      @chaskat35  5 месяцев назад

      Puppies normally start off on their bellies, because that allows them to crawl to their mother in order to nurse. By this time, he should be lifting up on his front paws, but because they are splayed out, he does a swimming type motion rather than lifting up.
