As a Latin American I admire Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania! Latvia has seen emigration as normal when citizens have freedom to move and the country still has to catch up after so much time under Russian slavery. Still, if Russians could freely emigrate, 90% of Russians would have emigrated. .
