    Good luck with your non-traditional training! What is the cutoff time for your upcoming race? Do other exercise activities like rowing, biking, and stair stepping cause you knee pain too? Always an adventure for sure!

      Thank you! We’re hoping it works for us. Both marathons are about a 6-6.5 hour cutoff. Rowing and cycling don’t seem to bother my knees too much. Stair stepping might be a problem. Always an adventure!
