I honestly feel bad for Kenji all he wants to do is make is dad proud of him and make his dad happy and “ be a Kon “ ik he wants to make the right choices he just doesn’t know what to do he trusted him dad so much he had to get adopted by Darius’s family. I feel so bad for him…

@@Sirduckleten he started showing literal red flags of being a criminal literal red flags he freed cash he said he would let big eatie go and stop making the dinosaurs fight only to go back on it and he was willing to let the investors kill his friends those are three red flags dude!
Well, i loved Kenjis Character. Also i think his betraying in the first half of Season 5 is really realistic for him. He stated in Season 1, that he always makes his father proud of him. (Also, in some cultures, family has a different meaning than in others, as some east asian familys are really focusing on the family honor etc. which might influence the way he grew up, but thats just a theory, as we don't know this part of his background.)
Kenji honestly was the most annoying character in the show who was just showing off all the stuff he had and always acted like he knew everything when he couldn’t find his way out of a paper bag.
I did like how towards the middle of season 4 he stopped acting like a show off and started to think and got closer to Brook. Season 5 I expected him to betray the others but hoped he realized what was really important and I wasn’t disappointed and was happy at the end when he also helped save Bumpy and chose his friends.

I kinda was mad at yaz and Ben for thinking that Kenji was some of kind nemesis when really he was just a desperate kid awaiting this dad’s approval , I get what he did was wrong and almost unforgivable but instead of trying to understand him and give him at least a little bit of the benefit of the doubt they judge him instantly
