Florida's Jr. Miss would compete in the Miss America pageant as Miss Alabama two years later & be named second runner-up! Also South Carolina's Jr. Miss would compete for Miss America five years later & make first runner-up! I subscribe to your channel & always enjoy watching! Happy 2019!!

And you forgot that Lynn Lambert was in the 1983 Miss America pageant- so the year Vanessa Williams won- and Lynn was announced finals night as one of the non finalist talent winners.

Yolanda Teresa Fernandez was named 3rd runner up Not 2nd runner up to Miss America. She is now a News broadcaster in Florida.
