Please do Jeff the Killer and Swedish Job from Incognito Mode at some point as well, they’re my favourites from his channel and I think you’ll like them a lot. XD
40:07 the singer Selena Quintanilla is a perfect representation of what Nate just said was pretty famous but was no where near as famous as she was when she was murdered
Whenever Internet Historian releases a video, I always hope that Sumito's tied-in to it somehow. The dude brings so much fun to the table, it's great. Edit: And yes, Salvador Dali was awesome insane. It was pretty much his calling card to be (A) a good artist and (B) as nuts as humanly possible. Super cool dude to learn about if you've got a few hours to spare.
One of the weirdest depictions of Greek mythology I remember was the Fate franchise itself. Essentially every Greek god/goddess you meet is a either a cyborg or a straight up robot, and the humanoid forms we know them as are biomechanical avatars. Still waiting for the moment they start doing their version of the Trojan War...because the Trojan Horse is a mechanized, transforming, Gundam megazord horse that shoots a beam cannon.
what really fascinates me is how the vikings viewed the world as a cycle. Especially Ragnarok. If I remember correctly, to them, in a way, the future affects the past.(check out Overly Sarcastic Productions: Ragnarok).
Saturn has a very "Wendigo" vibe to it: giant, emaciated, ravenous for human flesh. The titan Kronos/Saturn was more "let me imprison my children so they don't destroy me." Then again, Goya was seriously messed up.
One of my favourite things i've ever seen is when someone put a banana on the ground at an art gallery, and people started taking pictures of it thinking it was an exhibit.
I’m related to Salvador Dali, though I believe it is only distantly on my mother’s side while I’m related to Diego Velazquez on my fathers side. Me, my sister, and my mother all have an appreciation for art. Though I love renaissance art most of all. So I really enjoyed this video.
Hey renegade media do u guys think I should get a psp or a psvita for christmas this year if which ever one u guys think is better for me to try out🙂🙂🥰🥰😇😇
I've actually seen both the Statue of David and the Sistine Chapel in person. My mother started crying like a baby when we saw the Chapel, and I rolled fucking eyes. Ruined the whole experience.

Especially since he just put a new video on the channel
14:00 fun fact, that "woman" is actually John, the reason he's drawn very feminine is because he was said to be very beautiful.

8:23 a good amount of the internet can be summed up with this.

I would love for you guys to react to incognito mode architecture next
Salvador Dali was almost the Padasha Emperor Shaddam IV in Jardouski's Dune movie
On every video of you guys, I click on it for the reaction, but I stay for the conversation before, in the middle and after

This seems too outlandish to be true, but you sound so honest. I don't know what to believe xD
@@goliathprojects7354 I’m only saying what I’ve been told. If it’s not true then I’m gonna need DNA testing done between me and them.
Everyone should watch the Van Gogh episode of Doctor Who. You don't need to watch anything else, that episode is worth watching.
9:05 As a mexican I can confirm this. Frida the real OG, the rest of us don't even have eyebrows.
"Oh that's what he thinks women should look like, also he thinks that because he's gay, source and context: trust me bro."
They didn't mention that Alice Cooper and Salvador Dhali were fans of each other and met in person just to become best friends.
