@@stavroslaparidis4220 You'd best believe that I'm going to share this around. I sure think it's important; improving online culture one video at a time.
I re-visits this video again. I just feel like listen to it, but you’re the only one, that i see on youtube. You should change he titles to the piece name like etude no. 4 (s700), So peoples know what’s in the video. Anyway Amazing performance.
Magic, simply magic. I wonder if there is a recording available of the original Italian folk song La Campanella that inspired Paganini? Btw, how much is that doggie in the window? ;-)
I came across your Reminiscences de Don Juan on your other channel and really like it, such a shame that you didn't play the ossia passage that comes after the second variation of the La Ci Darem La Mano.
Thank you, I didn't want to make it harder than it is and I made up my mind for the shorter (ossia) version finally. Besides, the Don Juan on that video is from a piano recital already quite long and difficult (along with Années de Pèlerinage - Suisse, Jubelouvertüre Weber/Liszt and Triomphe funebre du Tasse) and I didn't want to make it even harder...
i've been searching for this vid for months and finally found it. i first know it from a vid that have record of liszt piece and this is one of them, but because of the title i cannot find it. anyway i wish i can become as good as u, how long did it take u to learn this piece? its amazing
The title isn't originally by Liszt; the manuscript bears no title. As far back as I remember, I was practicing it for about 16 months before performing it here for the first time.
I might one day .... but I don't like all of them in their 1st version. I find campanella at best in its 1st version, but the later version of the etudes is still better.
@@zswu31416Correct. First, Paganini wrote his 2nd violin concerto in 1826, then Liszt transcribed that for the piano in 1834, then he revised that in 1838, and then his final revision was in 1851 (the more popular version that most people play)
Thank you all for your comments!

Most underrated video ever! Virtuoso!
I'm mindblown in two ways:
Firstly, how incredibly well this is played
Secondly, that you only have 37 subscribers, now 38 because you're awesome
Thank you so much for your kind words, well ... it looks like it's unimportant what I am doing.

How incredibly virtuosic. I’m speechless.
Thank you so much

If you gave this a proper title, this would blow up much more significantly.
Amazingly well played!
