The PPT screen recoded video which I have uploaded on RUclips only shows 360p, 720p and 1080p when using smartphone but for PC/laptop its showing all the resolution. how to fix that it will show all the resolution for smartphone

my school controls that setting we need to turn on, and when i click check for updates it says "We couldn't connect to the update service. We'll try again later, or you can check now. If it still doesn't work, make sure you're connected to the Internet."
