I feel like they are just messing with you. Have you spoken to the cities council about these issues? Why do they not just do that work them selves??? It is beyond ridiculous now. Yes, folks in our demographic have earned the luxury of not having to wake and get up from the floor. Your room looks nice, conducive to resting. Idk if u saw it, and you likely saved loads of euros making your own, Ikea does have a bed platform where the box part that the mattress rests in is on hydraulics so you can easily lift it up to directly access your storage boxes underneath... IF you ever need another bed platform and wish to avoid fishing under topull out storage boxes out.. Your strimmer was taken while you were away in the UK??! Good idea of yours to have a place to secure your work things. I've seen other homesteaders pile on the (cement) mix in blobs then flatten the pile with the edge of the trowel to help push the mix into cracks/pockets then after pat it with the flat side and finally smooth the surface... it this might be helpful. Also there are storage boxes with wheels that roll out easily.
You guys are doing great! Sorry about the strimmer. That’s very unusual to happen in Portugal. We live up north just south of vila nova de Cerveira and pretty much leave our doors open most of the time. Anyway, the shed idea is a good one. And we love the painting of your house. I’m sure you will enjoy the journey. If you guys ever journey to the north, let us know. We would love to meet RUclips celebrities!!! And tell stories. Enjoy!
