Now that all the DLC's are out for "The Evil Within" we wanted to put together a "Complete Edition" that includes the DLC's and the main game. This is a perfect game for a "Complete Edition" since the both "The Assignment" and "The Consequence" tie DIRECTLY into the main story. We tried to put them in chronological order as much as possible. Instead of cutting back and forth constantly, we decided it was better to weave them together in big chunks. The main game takes the perspective of Sebastian Castellanos, while in the DLCs put you in the role of Juli Kidman. The chronology isn't perfect. The game is already confusing as it is; if we constantly cut back and forth to keep it in perfect chronology it would get even crazier.
This is one of the most confusing games we've ever played, but for some reason it's hard to stop watching. You constantly want to put things together. As always we left important dialogue, relevant gameplay and all cutscenes to create one fluid cinematic experience. We hope you enjoy! Make sure to like, comment and share!

Lol, the part where Joseph nearly gets his head cut off is the one part I was just terrible at. My little brother was in the room, and I kept losing my focus and sense of time... He was decapitated so many times. Then he's like "kill me" and I'm like "Boi, do you know how much work I've put into keeping you alive!"
Just shoot his chest with an explosive bolt before the cutscene begins.
It explodes and kills the two before you even have to do anything.
The DLC just provides more questions than answers.
This game needs a full sequel.

This story feels almost like a blend of F.E.A.R. and Resident Evil, both of which are great games.

I liked both Fear and Resident Evil better. Fear had a better storyline. I played this but quit and just ended up watching this instead. Had problems with graphic settings.

Maybe because there's a giant spider monster that's trying to destroy them.
This was fun to watch. I'm rewatching for old times sake. Its been a couple of years, props to you guys and this video. The Evil Within will always have my mind🥰🥰. If you know what I mean lol.

Soon its like riding a bike. However I do sometimes go through the scenarios i construct and think, Did I really make this shit up? Anyway, I'm sane. I think.

I love this! Nice little recap of the whole first game with just the right amount of gameplay to help it smoothly transition. Nice blending of the DLC content too! Only wish the notes and documents with all the story and background info was included to "complete" the movie.

@@Bell_Matt yea i did i thought the gameplay was overall much better, more solid mechanics and a better skill tree. However I do prefer the first game i thought it was generally scarier and more intense the second game had good interesting moments but lacked that sense of dread or intensity the first game had. Story wise i think the second was more interesting giving a satisfying conclusion to the first game even if it ended in a cliffhanger bring on number 3 i say
Some people say that it is a "bad game" because "it is too hard and/or the plot is a mess/mind-screw" and/or because it is "cliche/cringy" and/or "it rips of Resident Evil".

Me neither, I wanted to like it but the sneaking around (and repeating it if you died) and lack of weapons was a put off.
Lol, I got stuck on the chapter 10 boss since I wasted all my explosives on the two minibosses before it. I'm still trying to beat it, though, albeit slowly. Once I get past him, I can get on a roll again!

Rip Tango Gameworks, Evil Within is one of my favourite games of all time. 😢 I still hope we will get a third game and see Ruvik again, i love him.
I'm here to re-experience the game before going to the sequel. I wish the game released like this with the dlc already in. The story makes sense seeing Kidman's POV and it's not as boring. I'm not a huge fan of the vanilla game (it's really boring and feels too long?) and the DLC stand alone was far more interesting than the game (I found Kidman more developed and complex and interesting than Sebastion. He's written so bland). The atmosphere and aesthetic of the game is great but maybe should've been written better and developed Seb more. Overall not a bad game but even watching it I felt myself having to take breaks since the main game scenes still are not as interesting. Idk, I think the writing needed some work.
Anyway, thanks for uploading the entirety of the first game with the DLC included in chronological order. This improved the experience ten fold. This game is a prime example of how DLC can really take away from a game (at least story related DLC).

I'm confused. Kidman's employer said they couldn't do anything once she's in, but they're incessantly not just communicating with her but also actively affecting things and the environment. Was it all just Ruvik faking her out and trying to screw things up by making her distrust Mobius? But Ruvik came to her in the first place to say he's intentionally trying to get her to help Leslie out.

I Have Absolutely Loved This Game Especially The First 4 Chapters, The Seventh, The Nineth, The Eleventh and All The Others Left!!!!!!! The developers did a great job creating an atmosphere that fits the story line of the game. Helps draw you into the game. Well done with the editing too. I think it's great how deep and involved these games can get and be edited into a movie as good if not better than anything Hollywood can produce. That's why I love good animation, your imagination is the only limit to what you can create. The Only thing is this game is a bit gross and not for the squeamish.
They should make a real movie about this history

When I played this game the story was so confusing. I really don't know how Sebastian and the rest ended up in STEM. Kidman's motives are unclear too.
They were pulled in at the beginning when they heard that high pitched sound, in the cop car. Kidman is trying to kill Leslie because if she brings him out into the real world (which was why she went in, ik the first place) Ruvik will also come with him... Sebastian and Joseph are just observers they just want to get out as they were never meant to be a part of this...

The evil within: The Animation.
From all the blood and gore these guys were exposed to and cuts, bruises, injuries they sustained throughout the game they should have been dead multiple times over from AIDS and whole bunch more deceases and infections. Ouch...
