I got totally absorbed in this workout thanks to you both and time flew by... I was actually sad when it ended. I love the stability ball routines and managed everything except the scissor type ab move - ball went flying away with the cat in hot pursuit...by the second round, I gave in (un)gracefully and did the move minus the ball. 🤣Brilliant start to the week. Thank you so much.

Circus Tricks!! Yes! Definitely some moves where I had t make sure I wasn't holding my breath. This was good on strengthening my lower back with some of those moves. Appreciate your time today. Need to jump on a step class...doctor says I can do those for now.
I LOVED this workout. Gotta say my stability ball refused to be stable today!!. Ended up doing almost all with the ball in the corner. But, so loved lifting the weights today. And I must agree with Gayle, the bonus seemed like it was as long as the 60 minute workout. (Thanks for the humor there, Gayle.) But I stayed to the end and did it all. Chris these moves were worth repeating. Thanks again again for the perfect workout.

Stability ball workouts always keep me so engaged. I think it's all the focus to avoid flailing around on the floor. I did use my pilates ball for the ab scissor move on the second round. Just couldn't get my legs wrapped around that big ball 🤭 Thanks for a great workout!

I’m not gonna lie and say I liked this workout. I’m not crazy about the ball (modified, especially the bonus), minute long segments, or repeats, BU it’s called a workout, and I sure did! Thanks for making me work so hard Chris. And Gayle was inspiring!
I really enjoyed this workout! There were so many neat exercises that I wouldn’t think about doing. I especially like working my balance. Thank you Chris and Gayle! I want to try the bagel recipe. I have gluten free King Arthur measure to measure flour. It works like normal flour normally but it’s gluten free for my daughters.

Chris’ workouts rarely get stale, she’s always mixing things up to keep itinteresting. I love this stability ball workout, especially since it checks so many of the muscle group boxes that I need to get to for my knee PT homework (hamstrings, quads, glutes and balance!). Thank you Chris and Gayle!

Did this Tuesday 28.01.2025. It was tough especially the stability ball up in the air between feet and then swap. I had to do the modification but it made me chuckle. Didn’t have time to comment yesterday but got to it today. One hour workouts are tricky time wise for me. Thank you Chris and Gayle

These moves were so creative! I was positive you just made them up; definitely did not remember any from the first round. Glad I napped instead of pushing myself to do this yesterday; balancing defiitely takes concentration.and strength. Final bonus move was fun!
