Potato Ball Party: Crunchy on the Outside, Fun on the Inside

Join our Potato Ball Party, where spuds go from humble to hero! Watch as we mash, mix, and deep fry these golden nuggets of joy. Crunchy on the outside, packed with fun on the inside, these potato balls are the life of the party. Warning: May cause uncontrollable snack attacks!
Full recipe and method:
2.5 cups cold mashed potato
6 slices bacon, made into bacon bits
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 chopped green onions
1 pkg Ranch Dressing mix
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl
Form mixture into balls
(a little smaller than golf balls)
Roll in plain flour (1 cup)
Dip in egg
Roll in Panko breadcrumbs (1 cup)
Deep fry in 350F oil for approx. 4 mins
or until golden brown
Serve immediately or allow to
cool and then freeze.
(best re-heat method is from frozen in an air fryer)
