@@ExpeditionNeverland Every time we go on Space Mountain he hopes that will happen. LOL!! We also got evacuated off of Expedition Everest when it was in soft opening. It stopped about 50 feet from where we were supposed to get off. He still remembers that to this day.
Evacuation is fun. Sometimes scary too haha. You get to see behind the scene's, see how things are made, ask questions, take pictures,a lot of people dont get to experience it. 💯😊

I've noticed in a lot of Disney rides breaking down videos the staff will make announcements apologizing for the technical issues not realizing for hardcore fans of Disney it is PREFERABLE to see the behind the scenes then the actual ride itself lol

I got on a ride that broke that was called big thunder mountain and we were on the hill but luckily it was the inside bit where there was stairs i was like phew good theres stairs😂
Ride escorts happen when a ride encounters and unrecoverable fault. Basically, one of the rides safety systems detected something is wrong, different ride faults require different solutions, maintenance will come and determine weather they can recover the ride or if the need to take the ride “10-11” or ride escort. Since some faults can’t be recovered from with guests on the ride, that’s when a ride escort will take place, safely getting all passengers off the ride, and they usually will get a free fast pass or Merch. I’m a ride operator at Busch gardens and while the protocols aren’t identical they are very similar and I have experience doing escorts myself.
We got evacuate off of Spaceship Earth. We were at the very top and had to walk all the way down. It was rather interesting...LOL!!

Not possible, it is a controlled drop, so when the evacuate the ride it won’t drop
