The reason is that the more a person allows himself to be in enlightened states - which means states that are outside the body, - the less he/she is able to defend the body. The body is left defenseless.
These consecration processes take heavy toll on body and energy, it can damage the system. There are many ancient stories of yogis and sages who died during certain ritual due to explosion of energy in kundalini. 😢 hope 🙏 you get it . ❤
