Thank you Andrea! I have been watching your videos and studying Pilates! you make things look so easy lol! I am short too so i love the jokes lol!
Hi Corrine! Thank you so much for watching :) You are so kind - the exercises are hard I cannot tell a lie. But practice makes them much better - keep up the good work - and yes sometimes I think my excuse is that I am short LOL... maybe if I were tall that would be my excuse ha ha. But totally excited that I figured out how to reach the floor for this one! xox
Love it! Thank you so much
You are so welcome! Thanks for the request - I love the Ladder Barrel - thank you for watching xox
Do you have any suggestions for measuring the best distance for the barrel before starting? Leg length?
Hi there - a good place to begin with the Barrel - is 22" from the ladder to the barrel. That is what I would consider to be "standard" for most people. Start there and then see what you think. Thank you so much for watching :) xo
Acabei de fazer aula! Show de bola
Well done! Thanks for watching :)

"This is not a criticism*. Really. I have some neck pain and inabilty to head-check from both left and right directions. You are *amazing* in so much -- but I wonder about neck roll-ups and head position. E.g., ruclips.net/video/FZNwIJ03fhQ/видео.html. Thanks so very very much for posting your videos. I have a particular weakness in lower abs and I can't do even 1/4 as much as you in so many things. Thanks so much for your videos, I learn so much.
You can use your feet as anchors -- which is *amazing*
Yes - that is very helpful for sure.
Hi Kelly, Thanks for your question - and no worries I know exactly what you are speaking of - i've been working on the posture of my upper back and head alignment really since I started taking Pilates classes. In some of my most recent videos you'll see it looks different when I roll up - but yes I know my head and neck want to everything to bend my body to roll up LOL. The student on the Roll Up video you sent has a very different body and looks quite good in the exercise, I agree. Funny you mention the lower abs. Only recently could I feel that when I want to pick up my head, I need to use the low stomach - that's where it begins. You don't know until you know right? I appreciate your candor and thank you so much for watching. I wish you lots of luck and love on your personal Pilates journey. And I hope you will subscribe to my channel :) More videos coming soon. xox
@@PilatesAndrea I hear you on different people having different bodies such that some things come much much easier and others come much much harder -- that is for sure. Absolutely appreciating the videos you post, and the strengths that you have. I am very very new to Pilates but I am inspired to learn more now, thanks to you :-)
