    - 2 and ½ Onions Sliced (You can use red or yellow onions or both. Whatever you prefer)
    - Olive Oil
    - Salt
    - Pepper
    - Garlic Salt (if you don’t have Garlic Salt use Garlic Powder and Salt).
    - Parsley (chopped)
    - 1 Garlic Clove (chopped)

    Yummy. Growing up we always had our fried meat with lots of caramelized onion and garlic.

    Ciao bellisima. I always wanted to make this as I lost both my nonno e nonna. This was their favorite dish. Nonna Antonietta 96 e Nonno Vincenzo 98 died 3 months apart but lived a very good and healthy life in their 90s..
