Hand feeding the hedgehog isn’t the best for them. It’s better to scatter the food so they have to hunt for it a little. They become overweight rather easily. It’s also provided a more enriching environment for them to have a larger spaces to explore. I hope this was just for video purposes and not how they are fed all the time. It’s good for them to have plenty of exercise and things to interact with.
I have a hedgehog and it’s NOT dancing it’s upset and trying to get off its back… being on their backs can be really uncomfortable for a lot of hedgehogs 🦔
