      Hi Chase,
      I have been incorporating this 5 minute routine in my daily exercises.
      Today I thought I would start the 7 day challenge on your app, but the videos
      would not play, they were just black.
      Is this something you are aware of or is it just my phone?also your team email bounces back...

    Great exercises! I've been doing them for a few months now. I do the dorsiflexion sit next to my kid's bed, while waiting for them to sleep for nap time. I appreciate your perspective of consistency over intensity, I've been seeing that truth in a lot of different areas. Also, I recently came across a picture of young John Muir and thought, "that looks like the Chase Mountains guy!" Great content!

    Hardest part of dead bug is the coordination of moving opposite limbs. My mind refuses to understand lol.

    • @TomWalsh1
      @TomWalsh1 2 года назад

      A trick I use is to do a couple of “same side” dead bugs (so R knee up with R arm up, L knee up with L arm up) and THEN switch and do the dead bug with alternating arm leg movement (R knee up with R arm down, L knee up with L arm down). Helps your body get used to crossing the midline. You can also try “running” on your back with arm and leg movement. Sometimes that feels more natural.
