Hi Chase, I have been incorporating this 5 minute routine in my daily exercises. Today I thought I would start the 7 day challenge on your app, but the videos would not play, they were just black. Is this something you are aware of or is it just my phone?also your team email bounces back...
Me (24) and my dad (60 y.o) have been doing it together for a month now and it's absolutely mind blowing to see the improvement of his form. Still struggling with the first one for lack of flexibility . Thank you chase!!!
Good stuff man. I perform all of these movements or a similar variation during warm up and cool down at the gym, or as a movement flow on days I don't hit the gym. Most important message is at the 6:00 mark of the video. Again, well done.
Great exercises! I've been doing them for a few months now. I do the dorsiflexion sit next to my kid's bed, while waiting for them to sleep for nap time. I appreciate your perspective of consistency over intensity, I've been seeing that truth in a lot of different areas. Also, I recently came across a picture of young John Muir and thought, "that looks like the Chase Mountains guy!" Great content!
Definitely noticed some more mobility in my feet after doing the 7 day challenge. The kneeling was a challenge at first. It’s beginning to feel better in the kneeling part of the exercise. 🎉
I'm adding this to my daily routine for sure! I'm really struggling with the first one though. I have terrible arthritis in my toes and it HURTS. I'm modifying for now and hope to work up to it!
Thank you so much! All of this is absolutely amazing. I don't go hiking often but I find a lot of these exercises are gonna help with activities such as long walks. Tons of information on this channel. :)
Hi Chase, I found the first exercise difficult for my toes to bend for a long amount of time, any tips or suggestions? Thanks for your videos, they are so helpful!
Pretty motivating to be training for the Pyrenees with Vignemale in the background 😍 Enjoyed the workout! Any tips for a sudden bit of MCL soreness a month before a hike?

Good stuff. I definitely suffer from a lack of consistency when it comes to exercising but this routine I am sure I can fit into my day. Will your new app be available on the Huawei App gallery.?
Hi Chase, another great video! I have a total knee replacement & can’t kneel without a lot of discomfort - do you have any alternatives for the first part of the routine?
A trick I use is to do a couple of “same side” dead bugs (so R knee up with R arm up, L knee up with L arm up) and THEN switch and do the dead bug with alternating arm leg movement (R knee up with R arm down, L knee up with L arm down). Helps your body get used to crossing the midline. You can also try “running” on your back with arm and leg movement. Sometimes that feels more natural.
@@ChaseMountains next day 21 I'll be making Terrassa - Montserrat during the night and another group will do Mataró - Montserrat, the second group start in the morning and both groups merge at Terrassa 💪
Do my FREE 7 day challenge on the app and learn a whole lot more about this routine!

Just did this. My husband sent it to me, I'm going to try and do this each day. Thanks for the "do less than you can more than you want"
Excellent! I 've been doing Surya Namaskar A&B for a long time

I watched you do this in bed with a coffee and thought ‘too easy’. Then I did it and was humbled lol.
Love your presentation in this video angles and picture and picture as well as your instruction. Been Coaching for over a decade. Great stuff.

Very nice quick routine for a trekking guide to warm up before the rest of the group crawl out of their sleeping bags! :)

Thanks a lot for the magnificent ideas you have.
Greetings from Athens, Greece.
Are you tensing your arm muscles during the kneeling wy movement, or keeping them relaxed?
Do you have an alternative exercise than the last one? Struggling with my hips in that position as I have a osteoarthritis...
Hi Chase, another great video! I have a total knee replacement & can’t kneel without a lot of discomfort - do you have any alternatives for the first part of the routine?
Yes! All the alternatives, regressions and progressions can be found on my app in the 7 day challenge it’s free for all to download and learn from.

@@ChaseMountains it isn't causing any pain...except barefooted it hurts my toes when breathing
Really struggling with that first dorsiflexion 😩
Woooowww💕💕👌👌👌🙏🏼
🤩💯‼️❣️
I had to laugh because I can't even sit on my feet like that. But I'm working on it.
Check out Dr David Middaugh at El Paso Manual Therapy. Between you and him I've learned so much!
Great video @ChaseMountains! 💯🏔️
Hardest part of dead bug is the coordination of moving opposite limbs. My mind refuses to understand lol.

I did this every morning for a few weeks, and starting feeling great. Then I stopped, and started feeling like shit again. Correlation? Oh yeah.
I can't even do the first one, my knees!
I had a total knee replacement - I can't do the kneel.
It's important that you build up to that slowly. I go into detail on that in the progressions and regressions in the app.
