your first video in this mini c playlist made me factory reset my kindle basic, this one made me factory reset my kindle scribe. “both about to be sent in to amazon for trade in” partial payment for this device.
I'm extremely impressed with your delivery and quality of your video. Well done sir. I own a Remarkable 2 and a Boox Note Air 2, and i was looking at getting a smaller e-ink device with color. I didnt know about the scribbling to delete something you wrote. Im going to try it on my Note Air to see if it works. Thank you very much for taking the time to do this video. Again, well done!!
Thank you for the comment, it is greatly appreciated. Glad to hear you are into the eInk as well, I have like 4 devices I gotta make a choice from. Think I'll be picking two though, like you >.< Too hard to choose just one. They are all good for different reasons and situations. Oh, make sure you enable those gestures in the "AI" section of the notes app, GL.
Hello, and that video will drop on the 17th @11:00am. Wanted to have it done before this video but, had to postpone it. Thanks for stopping by and I'll see ya Friday✌
It's all personal preference I get it. I spent too many long years in Retail using felt markers. Maybe thats my aversion to them🤷🏾♂️ Thanks for stopping by and for the comment :)
Thanks :) Supernote Nomad Unboxing and opinions coming starting Wednesday. Spoiler, it's THE most well thought out eInk tablet I've tested thus far. You won't be disappointed. Which pen did you decide on?
Hello, and yes. I tried the Lamy EMR with the POM Nib Loved it for the reMarkable 2, but not the Tab Mini C, too slippery. Have you tried it on the TMC? What did you think? Oh and I did a video on the Lamy here: ruclips.net/video/kxrCpPde9aA/видео.html Thx for stopping by!
Hello, if you're asking about the Tab Mini C, the only real option you have is a felt nib, IMO. This is due to the slippery, glass-like surface. The Tab Mini C has a coating on the screen you write on, but it's really light. I think it's more of an anti-glare surface more than anything else. Maybe you could try a firm felt to see how that feels? Anything is better than that Boox stock nib. I don't personally like felt, but in this case it's prolly the best option. Plastic is too slippery and the harder nibs (ceramic, titanium, steel) might damage the screen, with all that said, I've been using the ceramic Supernote nib with it and it works really well. And through my use, it hasn't scratched the screen. I made a video testing different nibs with different screens, should be out next week. Hope this helps, and thanks for stopping by!
Hello 👋🏿 Boox updates their products pretty regularly and the Tab Mini has been out for almost a year now. With that being said if you want one, I'd buy one because even if they do release another one soon, it won't be that much different because there hasn't been any big breakthroughs in the technology. Hope this helps and GL.
"Knee deep in e-ink" is the best description of this life/obsession I've heard lol
Lol, glad you like it. Take it... It's yours🤣🤣
Thanks for stopping by.

I was just explaining to someone how the Tab Mini C is a beast of a device if you are okay with the size. Glad you like it.

That was a great video and i enjoyed watching it. You showed me some features that others did not (the scribble to delete , the lasso) thank you.
Hello, and you are very welcome. Hoping we can all learn a few things from each other. Thanks for the comment and for stopping by.
I can't wait for the upcoming video you hinted at! Keep up the great work!!

Could you please compare the sizes of Tab mini c with the ordinary book or with a sheet of paper in the next video? Thanks
Hello, and absolutely. That's something I should start adding to all my eInk videos. Thanks for the suggestion.
Sorry I like the pen, it works fine and gets the job done fine, felt wont scratch the glass. Get the cover and the pen sticking is no issue

Just ordered the Supernote Nomad. It'll be my first eInk tablet! I look forward to hearing your thoughts on the Supernote devices.

@@rantsabouttechnology Push-Up Standard Pen (Ivory) to get me started. The DIY Refill is also on my radar for a future purchase.
Cool, same here. My unboxing drops in about an hour. It's the Bundle with the folio. Should be a good preview for what you can expect. Enjoy!
Did you try the Boox Pen2 Pro? Or the Lamy All-star EMR pen?

@@rantsabouttechnology I'm still trying to decide what stylus to get for my Tab Mini C. Pen Plus isn't great.
@@ahmedfadzil3744 Ah, well I also did nib tests for that device here: ruclips.net/video/RvWJtr8f6f4/видео.html
Might be helpful. GL
Any alternatives to the pen recommended?
