So good to see Heather Rattray smiling for her publicity/Christmas promo shot, considering how hurt and betrayed Lily was. I’m sure Rattray politely and professionally left the series in good spirits.
Nearly 40 years old at this point and the show was still sheer perfection. God, how I miss these days. Back then, I just never thought that daytime soaps would ever be bad or boring. But, alas we got there in the 2000's!
There's a RUclips upload of the whole episode, but unlike what is seen here, we hear Jelinda's Theme over the end credits. Why is it that over this we hear Christmas carols, but over the credits of the RUclips upload of the whole episode we hear Jelinda's Theme?
It sucks that there wasn’t any Christmas publicity shots/photos of the recurring characters and previous cast members who left earlier in the year (in addition to the regular contract cast): Kimberly Norris (Simone, who had gained a lot of attention as a newcomer in ‘92), Karina Arroyave (Bianca), Parker Posey (Tess), Mike Genet (Lamar), Lisa Emery (Dawn), Rex Smith (Daryl), Jenni O’hara (Thelma), Paul Hartel (Matthew), Frank Converse (Ned), Rita Lloyd (Edwina), Chris Seifert (Chris), Ann Mitchell (Jane), Dick Latessa (Ambrose), Paul Hecht (Alexander Cabot), Anne Shopshire (Helen), Mark Tymchyshyn (Gavin), et al.
I see Neal Alcott in the closing credits, so this must've been one of her earliest ATWT episodes in 1992. I didn't start watching until the beginning of 1993, so I missed the part when she first came to Oakdale and I never got to see when she first met Scott. I really wish someone would upload those scenes.

Dan Region announced for ATWT from February 1982 until July 1998.
Where is Dan now?
I'll always remember his distinctive voice.

What special programming did CBS air on Christmas Day during the timeslots that the daytime shows would air?
