3 Small sweet baby bell peppers
Salt and Pepper to tatse
1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
pinch of red pepper flakes
4 eggs
2 slices of Provolone cheese

If you have two tiny whisks you're more than prepared. When the camera wasn't looking I added a dash of Tobasco. I love some heat with my eggs.
