Also yes his angry issues are hard to deal with . But having angry issues is hard to deal with . Also John was a terrible parent it him in my opinion . I mean he had time take care of care Sam . Also he used to sent dean away when he was angry at him . If you think about dean had pain through more pain than his actual age .
He also had no one to teach him how to deal with emotions. Like, Dean was constantly trying to give Sam a better life than him as a kid. He was constantly putting his crap aside to be there and raise Sam. It's been hinted at several times that John most likely beat Dean. Sam had Dean. Dean didn't have anyone.
