Yay, I'm first. 🤣 All kidding aside, gifts from the Kaua'i Sweet Shoppe are usually the gifts I get the most compliments on. People absolutely LOVE their stuff. And they ship it to wherever you want. Can't say enough about them. ❤️
We gave their delicious caramels for Christmas gifts. Everyone loved them! Super nice folks. Delighted to be able to support them from home until we get back to the island. ❤️❤️❤️
We've done many online orders from them and will continue to do so, I support my home island economy even though I reside in the Pacific Northwest. I tried their caramels for the first time when I visited Kauai in 2018 and got hooked on their caramels.
Aloha Jayda!! I ate the entire bag of Pineapple Caramels that Brodi brought home. haha! They remind me of pineapple upside-down cake!! And we agree, Chloe is awesome!!
Yes, I liked their caramels and was swooning over the guava ones. They were mine all mine and I didn't share. I visited that very same place, the Kauai Sweet Shoppe last month when we went to the rum train tour. Now that I remember how good those caramels were, I can't pass up ordering some more online. Don't miss the rum tasting there, we liked the coffee flavored rum the absolute best. You can't buy anywhere but at this place so get a few bottles to take home, you won't regret getting some. It makes for some great cocktail mixers and also good on the rocks.
Aloha Sarah!! Little secret....my Dad found the Koloa coffee rum at a liquor store in Idaho!! And last Sept I was in Phoenix, AZ and popped into a Total Wine store and they had Koloa Rum including the coffee flavor too! I also love the guava caramels. The pineapple is so good too. Thank you for watching!
Oh my goodness I'm so excited for you!!! You're going to have a blast!! If Tanji is our guide be sure to say Aloha from Autumn and Brodi. What time is your tour??
@@OnHawaiiTime for sure. Saw it was at 5pm when they open so heading to the run tour first then to the taco place. Last day today. Hope to see more of your content. Will be doing a shoutout also. Great stuff on your channel, Mahalo
I love your show. I haven’t been there in so long. It’s home to me. Not born there my my roots and father from their. He just passed so we coming back to visit his Ohana. But getting ideas on where to go.
based on the weather I'm assuming this was filmed last Wednesday, we ate dinner there on Thursday and got some goodies from the Sweet Shoppe! So yummy!
Hey, do you guys have a video talking about your reasons/experience of moving to Kauai? Seems like a huge life-decision and would love to hear your thoughts. Thanks!
Aloha! Pretty sure at some point in one of our live vides we've discussed that topic. Brodi is a helicopter tour pilot and he lived here on Kauai as a child. His Mom was born and raised on the island of Oahu.
I'm on my last couple days here. I need to go buy some pinneapple carmels! Glad this video came out before I left. Carmel and pinneapple two of my favorite things! Are you allowed to go to this location without doing the plantation tour?
Oh yes you'll definitely need to place an order. They taste just like pineapple upside down cake....well to me anyway! Haha! Yes, you can check out the shops and do the rum tasting at the plantation without doing a tour. Koloa Rum has a store as well. We've filmed a video there in the past.
