These look bomb. I make pulled pork and queso but I’ll have to try this. My queso is actually very similar to yours. I sometimes just add some jalapeño, green chilies, and some pepper jack cheese for a kick. Depending on what meat I want I’ll add pulled pork or chicken, ground meat, or even hot breakfast sausage Preshedded cheese is inferior to block cheese. Sometimes I’ll make my own tortilla chips. Spread the chips, then meat, then sour cream, then cheese or queso, add some beans if you got them, and some fresh diced tomatoes, green onions, and pickled jalapeño. Hooray someone who actually likes cilantro Todd is on fire today with the comments. So when you dropping this double album? Haha
