actually everything is possible when you really want to drive. Justin Wilson was 193 or about 6’3” when he drove for Minardi in 2003. That means with the helmet on, it must be about 5cm plus. So for the Bolt case, engineers could make him a lower seat and adjust the pedal further

Why is it impossible to find the fastest/top speed ever achieved in a Formula E race? All you'll find in all web-searches is Formula E's indoor not outdoor speed record.
