BACKSPASH for the kitchen. Do a nice white herringbone tile. That way you can keep it brighter in there because it looks kinda like jail (LOL). And the texture of herringbone tile will add a ton of interest and also it's easy to wipe down if you splash match all over it. :D

(This also makes me uncomfortable but was the lesser of two evils with trying to figure out when to stop putting air in myself)
