- Optimized settings for the GTX 1650 (4GB GDDR 6) in God of War. We first have a look at the Low, Original, and High presets, and then I show my preferred settings. I tested at 1080p, if you are on 900p you can forego FSR and keep Atmospherics on. Using a 720p screen you may just use the High preset.

It is the GDDR 6 variant, the original was GDDR 5, I think it helps a fair bit in newer games.

@@odyssey-1485 Crysis (Remastered, 2, 3) will be included in the next huge round up video for the 5600G, it's not 120 games, but it's again a very large number of games ;) I'm 75% done making that video. I hope I can finish it this week.

i remember playing on original with high texure and fsr ultra quality and i was getting like 60 stable fps and it was a wonderfull experience

Dear Reto, first of all well done for making yet another awesome upload! Really appreciate videos that demonstrate how to run a game smoothly on a budget system! Now, for my question. The 1650 GDDR6 (at least to my knowledge) can be used to run FreeSync (AMD's version of G-Sync for anyone reading the comment). If this can be enabled, would you chose 1080p Low at an approximate 55 fps or would you play this at 1080p Original with FSR Ultra Quality? Thumbs up once again for putting the effort in making these optimization videos :) :)
Yes, I believe so as well. I'd go for the slightly tweaked Original, even when upscaled it looks a lot better than Low. Ultra Quality FSR renders at 77% which is noticeable especially when you know how to look for it, but overall the image quality is better Original + FSR vs Low + Native Res. Unless when trying to get to 30 FPS (or 60 FPS in a very fast-paced game), I wouldn't go lower than Ultra Quality FSR at 1080p, Quality FSR is already very obviously lower res.

It's ready to go, I just don't want to spam them out too quickly ;) I'm trying to get the "formula" for these types of videos exactly right. So I made all the 1650 videos slightly different. I'd very much appreciate it if you could tell me what you liked/didn't like and what I should have included but didn't :) ?
@@reto I really like the quick video format, audio, editing and whatnot is top notch. If I could add something would be a small chart, by the end of the video, with 'Reto's optmized settings' showing the perfomance gain against a default/standardized settings
Awesome, that's a great idea :) I was thinking about including a quick graph with benchmark numbers, if the game has a built-in benchmark. I was also thinking about removing some of the stuff from the overlay, but increase the other numbers in size.

Reco settings for gtx 1650 gb4g6 ,i5 4460 , 16gb ram ddr3. Idk how to optimize mine. I have no budget yet for a better cpu. Planning to buy 12th gen but maybe in a couple of months along with new mobo and ram.
There is no settings in this game that lowers CPU load.

CPU is fine, as long as you have two sticks of RAM. There are two variants of the 1650, GDDR5 and GDDR6, I have the GDDR6 version, if yours if GDDR5 it will be a bit slower.
@@reto i've tried and I can play well, isometimes in cinematics and fights the game gets slow but it is fine

Reto what do u think my ram timings solid be I have t-force delta rgb semi cheap ram I think it’s Samsung-c-die it’s at 3800 mgz I’ve been trying to find good times Especially with t ras and my luck is not good lol I know it’s a. Hard question to answer but if you have anything that would help please I would like to know
There's no way around testing it because it will vary from module to module even if I had the exact same RAM, results can be different. Keep testing it with memtest86 and then run a benchmark to see whether it improves ;) That's why they do XMP profiles, because tuning RAM manually is a freaking pain in the ***.
