If your gonna build a Ford put a ford motor in it. And I'm a chevy guy keep them brand specific.

Exactly mate, they should've put a small block Ford 347 Stroker in it.

It doesn't bother me as bad when it's an older car or truck like mid fifties back but the more modern stuff I feel different about. LS swaps are crazy. I came up during the foxbody era and it would have been unheard of to have the Heartbeat of America pumping under the hood.

Moment I saw those Screws on the Fuse Box I felt at home.
Those were the days everything lasted forever plus seven days.
70 years old now and still 'implanting' V8'S into unexpected bodies just cause I can.

Ok. The trim ring on the AC pulley not spinning while the others are makes my OCD itchy.

To add a Chevy engine to a Ford is very wrong.

you always see a Chevy in a Ford but never the other way around. Guess we know who makes the overall better drivetrains outside the 9".

I've found that the best way to watch these videos is to skip thru all the poorly scripted talking points.

Funny how chevy has copied the basic Ford design in every major way in racing and including the ls / lt engines.
Dropping a chevy into a Ford is not old school......just very biased garbage.
Nobody copies the traditional chevy design.....not even chevy.
Guess you need viewers......I disliked your video by the way.

if Fords are so great why don't people put them in their projects? you never see someone swap a Ford in a Chevy or Mopar. hmmm.....I wonder why.

@@bmstylee It's called mental conditioning......every major series used a engine that's Ford derived when it come to the design tenants.

I don't understand why everybody says Chevy copied Ford, this symmetrical port or four bolt per cylinder crap is a weak excuse to be jealous of Chevy's design. It's not like there's a whole lotta choices, it's either symmetrical or it's not, Y block or not, either 4, 5, or maybe 6 bolts per cylinder, I mean think about it guys, the basics of engine design isn't so complex that one design is specific to a certain make. I guess you could say everybody copies everybody if your gonna be that specific. Hey they copied so-n-so, they got a dipstick!

@@stevenbelue5496 Considering that the features you just pointed out was often used as a way to say Fords are boat anchors. These design features chevy now employs. The mags these guys worked at were horrible. We've built 4V Clevelands using factory heads that just blows away any sbc.

Take your purist garbage elsewhere. Every manufacturer has copied each other at some point in time. Your panties are just in a bunch because chevy made the ford design better.
