NS 278 export containers Tanks by Elliston 9 1 23 UP and NS AC44s lead

Here's our first look at NS 278 as they move east bv Elliston. 278 is the former 23G and brings export containers and some tanks from Louisville to Norfolk. A UP AC44 is on point with a NS AC44 running second. An ES44AC will be helping in the middle.
