Terror Birds, known scientifically as Phorusrhacids, are giant, flightless birds that roamed the world in the Cenozoic era. This giant, carnivorous predators were, well, a terror in their time, but are believed to have been extinct by the time humans came around. But what if they hadn’t gone extinct, but rather survived to this day?

I can't think of anything to comment so I'm just going to post a Blueberry pancake recipe.
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 1/4 teaspoons white sugar
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/2 tablespoon butter, melted
1/2 cup frozen blueberries, thawed
1. In a large bowl, sift together flour, salt, baking powder and sugar. In a small bowl, beat together egg and milk. Stir milk and egg into flour mixture. Mix in the butter and fold in the blueberries. Set aside for 1 hour.
2. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot
Step 3. Summon herobrine and eat him

3:50 I don't believe that would happen because terror birds were restricted to the American continents. America wasn't known to the western world prior to the Columbian Era. Therefore, terror birds likely would not have influenced lore for any mainstream Western culture, but would have only been discussed in indigenous cultures in South America unless the terror birds that migrated to North America also survived extinction (in which case they would have also appeared in indigenous cultures in the North). But they couldn't have influenced Greco-Roman or any earlier cultures

techicnly did some species lived in africa. But died long ago before modern humans existed out, wich means, they woudnt effect western/asian/african/middle eastern hsitory in either way

If the somewhat similar but much earlier (Eocene) Gastornis, once named Diatryma, which may have had a similar predatory lifestyle, had persisted in Europe to the time of man to ancient Roman and Medieval times, then there may have been such encounters. However, I am not sure if Gastornis existed in Europe.

Answer: Europeans come to the Americas, having never seen terror birds before, will think the Natives to be easy. Then comes a Cavalry group of Natives riding a domesticated Titanis (a regiment which I personally call the Axe-Head Warband). The disease outbreaks happen while an European commander / General says "I want one of those." Some of the domestic Titanis then get shipped off to Europe and are considered the ultimate war mounts as well as symbols of prestige to own one due to them being easily able to take down a normal horse like it was nothing due to horses being one of their main food sources.
This scenario would forever change the face of European warfare forever, or at least until tanks and armoured vehicles are introduced.

By their last millennia in the Pleistocene, they were only the Apex predators of South America because that continent had no large mammalian carnivores to speak of, and when they tried to move North and mammal carnivores moved South during the Great American Interchange, that spelled their doom as they were outcompeted.

I'm pretty sure that they would also kick, since they got long legs, with great talons and the strength to back it up. Moreover, surviving relatives are known to have dangerous kicks.
Also, as a mount having an apex predator might be a bad idea. For one, it depends on the social structure of the animal, but if it's a loner, he probably be very stubborn and you definitely don't want it to randomly chase off attacking horses or humans in its way....

I thought no selectively breeding terror birds would be pretty messed up. They would end up dying out because they have been bred to be used specifically by humans.
