In Novigrad you can find one merchant selling this Potion
In Velen if you have finished Kira Mertz quest you wont have access to her so do her quest later till the Battle of Kaer Morhen.
On the Skellige Isles there is one alchemist selling it in the Parfume Palace.

Nice!! Hahaha thankfully I had already taken a boat into Novigrad early on to buy the catapult card from the Passiflora so I had a fast travel marker right there already :D
I still get lost but finding it could end up going in circles . I havent tested yet if leaving Kira's romance quest for later so you can still buy it from her.

Yeah I was also using keyboard and mouse but in the potion section like you mention you pressed E .
You could’ve explained this shit and 30 seconds come on dude….
I was doing my first tutorial I will make a new one in the future once I am done with the lets play as I missed allot of where else to find it, sorry about that man thank for watch.
