The buyer Taylor Sheridan (creator of Yellowstone) should follow Ms Marion's wish and keep windmills off the property.

The price doesn't really matter, the most important thing is to have access to the accountant books to see if the property is productive

I hope it's purchased by a Texan and a conservationist.

US140,000,000.00 For some old dinosaur guts sounds over priced. Maybe if it had a fence like world war Z around it. Then at least you’d have cow to eat. And not just each other. Cause pretty sure I saw a Real zombie today. Just saying...

So, in other words, the land was stolen from the Nermernuh and now that the groundwater is filled with fracking effluent 'we need to sell it'. sigh

The Utes didn't call them “Man Who Goes Around Trying To Kill Me All The Time" because they were peaceful. The Mermernuh, aka Comanches, weren't pacifists to their neighboring tribes, from the 1630's to the 1870's.

@@grondhero They had a chip on their shoulder. Way back in CO, before any natives saw horses they were small in stature and were bullied by other tribes.

    • @grondhero

@@HuangXingQing And your point is what? That they're just like the other several hundreds of tribes in North America? That their history mirrors the history of pretty much every ethnic group in the entire world, except that the people in North & South America were some of the least developed?
You're whining about their lands being "stolen" but making excuses for them taking other lands.
SJWs use "stolen" because they don't know (read: comprehend) how much land was sold and how much land they lost because they fought someone better than them. They lost it through fighting. Get over it.
