Thank you Alfred....great video during turbulent times...Need your inflatable with an umbrella and drone to check out the three stuck boats, LOL. All seriousness, Best for the Memorial Day. I worked for a military defense contractor for many years to help keep our military safe as much as possible. Let us remember our fallen so that we may have our freedom. God Bless the USA and its citizens.
Very grateful to be able to enjoy this beautiful day. Please remember those that gave the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. Wait for it...wait for it...
For Grip when pulling my boat out I used Crusher dust, / sand with small broken gravel. The weight in the back helps and a small amount under the wheels for grip. Plus it sticks to the Foot ware, thus less chance of going DOWN. Cheers from Chch, New Zealand.
Your dedication to providing such good entertainment is very much appreciated . You have a wonderful attitude and awesome demeanor. Wishing you and your family the best this Holiday weekend . Love from Rhode Island.🌺
You just reinforced why I don’t take the boat out on long weekends! The ramps get crazy down here, specially when you sprinkle in some bad weather. Great job, keep up the good content!
Every time I think about splurging my hard-earned money on a small boat, I watch Alfred's channel and get cold feet instantly. I am NOT sharing the waters with these insane people, especially the one Alfred calls "the crusher." That fool tried to come into the ramp and crashed into TWO other boats. He is in his very early 30s and drives a massive yacht. He always has sunglasses and his telltale sign: his baseball cap is always on backwards. Alfred spotted "the crusher" a long time before he got close to the loading ramp.
I can't take it. I am laughing so hard. Snakes, ducks, Fred. What a Chit Show. I took my wife to Tahiti for an anniversary. She had a brand new white outfit. Blouse, shorts the whole nine yards. Wind was gusting around 45 mph when this bird took a Chit - splat all over her outfit. She was madder than a hornet. We had to go back to hut for her to change her outfit. I was in real trouble for laughing at that one. Love you alfred.
Just as I thought, Alfred, you never fail and always come through with the best show and commentary... I just want you to know that appreciated very much and loved for your dedication to making this the best boating /entertainment channel on RUclips.... Hope all your gear survived the storm..😎
As a life long boater I never got in a rush loading to beat the rain! I always figured ya came to the lake to get wet anyhow! A little chop in the marina never hurt anyone!
As an operator, if you are moving with conditions (tide and wind behind you), prior to maneuvering into position on the dock, simply keep your vessel straight, bump into reverse to bring your vessel to a stop, then maneuver into position on the dock. In the conditions present in this video at Black Point, you'd want to come to a stop, spin so you are slightly at an angle with your bow away from the windward side of the dock, then bump it forward (slowly) and the wind will gently bring you into the dock (you'll want fenders out). PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE (with fenders out on all sides).
I totally agree with you! Although, it seems there are more inexperienced boaters here, with lots of money and big boats. They should have spent some money on lessons instead. I bet if they read your comment, they sadly wouldn’t understand a word you’ve said. And, I agree 100% with fenders. I had asked why no one seems to use them. Where we are, everyone uses fenders when they dock. We pull them out when leaving the dock and put them back out before docking. Have a great day!
I also get confused when hearing 'going in' vs 'going out'.. Either one could mean either way. I always think "Launching" vs. "Recovery" may sound a bit military, but it is more clear.. Alfred, thanks to you and your gear for braving the elements
ports/harbors/boat launches are where land meets the water .. one goes out to sea, you're "taking the boat out" for a day on the water -- these are common phrases .. and at the end of the day, or the trip, you go in -- back to the land, the launch, your dock
Dude, we love you, we always talk about you and laugh when we go to the ramps. Yesterday, we seen a fight at Boynton, by the ramp. 😍😍😍😍 we all said your name at the same time, “ Shit, We need Alfred here 😂😂””
It looks to me like they all did a better job than they normally do. Bad weather evidently helps people think better even though some of them looked a little panicked.
All things considered, wasn't bad. What's hard to believe, all the two-wheel drive trucks burning up tires trying to pull up the ramp! I wouldn't own a two-wheel drive truck. Please remember our Hero's on Memorial day!
The ramp etiquette around here is you drop someone to go get the trailer. Then you wait off the dock until your trailer is in the water. All these people just parked at the dock seems odd.
Florida IS odd. I would have to watch the chit show live for a week to figure out their weird launch ramp etiquette. Here the line forms on land. Whoever's trailer hits the water gets to dock next.
We go out on the opposite weekend of holidays... Next weekend, a lot of people won't be going because they skipped the yard, laundry, etc and they gotta do it next week ... Try it! You'll see it's less busy.
Love your videos. Funny as CHIT!! Makes me miss my boats that much more. I think this is the first time I’ve seen 1 of the captains using the advantage of twin screws at about the 30 minute mark. They put them selves thru so much unnecessary stress. Keep up the good work.
I met a guy who was 27 years old who got struck by lightning and within 1 year his hair turned completely white. He could sit outside and mosquitoes and flies would not bite him! True story!
people who rush to the ramps as if they are the only ones with that idea, anyone going boating on Memorial Day deserves all the mayhem they encounter...find a low bridge, anchor up dry and continue the celebrations, adapt instead of panic
I just realized your channels labeled “chit show” not because of others moving boats badly but yourself being maybe half prepared ! Your the chit show 🤣😎. Love your stuff dont change at all !!
Hey sir I’m not sure if you can wrap you camera with plastic to help keep it dry whenever it rains. Your channel is so unique from every other channel. I love your interactions with the local people and I love how you give shout outs too local crab fisherman’s company’s. That was close when that duck flew over your head, I ducked my head🤣 when it flew over. I watched the robalo curse video!! That was a wild video. Why don’t companies give newbie’s lessons on driving any boats! Towboats USA for the win!! Keep killing the content sir!! Have a blessed week and remember Fred lurks beneath the edge🤣🤣
Exciting Episode! This is like the scene from Jaws where they were paying a $500.00 bounty for sharks! Two observations- look at the palm trees - this will give you wind direction the wind was pushing the boats to the right so try to dock that way- use the wind. In my time (I'm in my 60s) people did not own such large boats - you have 22 footers and 30 footers coming in those boats are long. We only had a 16 foot boat!
The captain on the twin engine Contender that brought it in on 10 did it like a boss. Bow into the wind and let the wind blow the boat onto the dock very gently.
I'm at 14:13 and it' looks like it is going around y'all....and then it started raining. Looked to me like everyone was being courteous. That's amazing.
Bro, I went there back in December and saw you recording. I thought you were shooting a promo video for the marina or the restaurant. Cool content. Esos palos los cambian todos los meses.
Great Show Alfred! Ya know, it was kind of fluster cluck... but people were actually doing a pretty good job getting the boats in and loaded up. What a SHOW! Happy Memorial day people.
I do miss my flats fishing and pier fishing in Bradenton since I moved to the mountains in Murphy, North Carolina. However, we do have good trout, walleye, and bass fishing.
wind blowing sideways you can hear the thunder and lightning coming in raining absolutely 100% epic hope you're gear didn't get wet people running from the weather loving the chit show
Wow! What an incredible day at Blackpoint. The challenge to land a boat correctly with the wind and current and electricity in the air scary combination. And yes Alfred I can understand why you would be concerned standing where you are with the gear or you are attending. Great show though.
I know you are very patriotic.. so im hoping you use your channel to remember our fallen and those missing that paid the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.
You need to think about building you a portable erectable glass house (clear plastic) that you can remain in and continue capturing video during rainy stormy weather!
I learned a long time ago to wait this out on the hook. There will be some bumped and banged up boats at the dock, but the real danger is all these people were doing 40mph to funnel into the marina. Get wet and listen to your bilge pump run for 20 minuites.
The financials always make me dizzy. home, multiple vehicles, cloths, vacations, eat out several times a week, children. And a boat for days off. I must have done this life all wrong?
Alfred Montaner and everyone please have a safe Happy Memorial Day 2022. One more thing Alfred, you should carry a large water proof bag with you at all time just for these reasons.
There is a local beach we have been going to since I was a kid. EVERY TIME we hauled the boat out to leave in the evening we had a blow down thunderstorm.
Great video. Love to see how crazy people can be. I grew up at a lake loading and unloading my boat by myself. It’s a challenge at times but you are spot on with most of your advise you shout out. As for the lightening if you get struck in the head…. Be sure to get it on camera!!!! Just kidding be safe in storms like that.
We know you can get serious storms over there, so no wonder people were panicking to get ashore. Strangely though, although these boats are very modern by my old standards with a lot of high-tech equipment, most of them were open boats and not one waterproof cover for open areas. Just out of interest, have you thought of getting one of those fishermen's tents as well as your umbrella? That would keep all your equipment dry
Got to hand it to you Alfred for staying out there in the Rain, Wind, Lightning to shoot this Video. But you know they say if you can see Lightning you can be hit by it.
🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 Remember the Fallen, thank you for your sacrifice
Happy Memorial Day 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
You are the man!!!! 👍👍👍
Hooray he should have left grandpa truck home and bring grandma car instead lol
I was bad mouthing my boss one day and a bird chit on my head. Lesson learned. Happy Memorial Day everyone! Thanks to all who’ve served 🙏🏻❤️🇺🇸

Oh my!!!!
Stressful entertainment at Black Point!
Thanks Alfred,

Flying umbrella and the duck!!! The water is here! Alfred is hilarious!
I saw your Chit Show on MSN yesterday. Wow a Florida boy holding a lightning rod to keep the rain off.
Sitting on my boat watching the Chit show. Great work Alfred as always. Hope you get you your umbrella back.

Bloop bloop bloop lmfao
I love a good thunder storm, that one is looking juicy too!!!
Thank you so much for this.
If I had a boat, I'd name it the, "T'hy'la Maru". ;-)
You my brother are the best Circus master, of the ( Chit Show ),, Mindless boat Club.....
I have as much respect for a boater speeding in a Manatee zone as a non-handicapped chit driver parking in a handicap spot.
I love watching the boat ramps. Would like to see how they pull those big boats out the water. Keep pounding

Damn Alfred ! i think I just saw Mt. Trashmore move a few inches when the wind picked up !
Hello Alfred, family and friends. Happy Memorial Day to all.
“Low tide, wet rain, and panic”.
That IS a recipe for disaster. Just imagine if it was DRY rain. Oh the humanity.
Your the best Alfred!!

I’ve followed Nicks story. Powerful testimony. Can’t wait for this one to drop. ❤
