tbh its the most important one cause it indicates whether they would watch your video or not. They sort it out. Experience over no experience so your chances are next to none if you do not have content creation experience with proof.

The confidence of this man is so attractive and lovely. Yes, it's always good to prepare yourself for the negative results in job interviews but having the mind that you have something to offer and know you are passionate about this job is also the better alternative to expect good results. As someone who's really lacking with self-esteem during job interviews, this made me more confident that I can always hope and expect the best. This is why i really enjoy listening and watching his streams. Very genuine and not pretentious. His dedication is so apparent. Thanks for this!

While everyone else says “even if you don’t think you’ll get in, try anyway,” shu is always the odd one out haha. But I agree. If you audition, it’s better going in with everything you got, and going in thinking you were good enough to get accepted, rather than sending something half assed

for me, the 'even if you don't think you'll get in, try anyway' advice is for people who always overthinking things. there're so many people out there missing opportunities bcs they worried over the smallest thing or worried over the what if situation before they even fill out/send the form. it's like 'try first, worry later' kinda advice. but yeah I definitely agree with trying with your best version/with everything you got. always, show your best side, and make sure you vibe with the people/company, and make sure you're the person they want. 👍

One of my family sayings is "Always hope for the best but plan for the worst." Have the confidence that you'll succeed, but make sure you always have that backup plan of all goes wrong. It also prepares you to not be hit so hard if you do fail, as you were also confident that if something did happen wrong, you could fix it again!

I love it when you can see his passion and love for his work. Same with Vox. I think those carry far. They arent desparate about vtubing, they really love and live vtubing/streaming.

I feel like these types of videos and clips are getting pushed a lot by the algorithm now that some auditions are being held again. It's so interesting hearing how differently people approached their auditions and the process of multiple applications.

In any job interviews you need to have confidence, something you can offer that will make u stand out, genuine attitude.
Kind of like, claim that spot in your mind that its yours. But if you didn't get it, don't cling too much on the feelings but rather prepare for the next one.
Also don't treat rejections as like the end of the world or something because we all have our own timeline. Like, when we get rejected maybe it's because you are meant for this other spot or something.
Just keep your head high. Its frustrating to not get it at first but if you really want something don't give up on it.

My biggest concern about my audition is the introduction video we're supposed to send. How am I gonna get the 'video' part of the video? How much should I introduce myself in the 'audio' part? It s scary thinking that missing one part could determine if I get in or not

There's this Vtuber teacher on youtube who also streams on Twitch, the one named Vtuber Senpai. I highly recommend watching their 1-hour walkthrough, since they cover literally the whole Nijisanji Google Doc and give tips along the way :) For sure, one tip they gave was to have your intro last only 30 seconds, and the rest is for the main showcase video.

Yeah, they were some kind of cat-character acting in Nyas and stuff... but I can't vouch fully with confidence on this because with how successful Luxiem has become, I would predict Niji would have raised standards. so basically, just do your best 😊
