@@malkav0488 while I’ve never been to Japan myself to confirm its like Valentine’s for them, I wouldn’t make the claim if I only saw it in anime. I’ve heard it from multiple people who’ve lived there (including Henya).
@@malkav0488 It really depends on the country and the various traditions that accompany it. There are things like the Grampus and Saint Nicholas (the Grampus representing a demon or the Devil essentially), what kinds of gifts are supposed to be given in what (toys and coal for example. How long the festival is etc.
I still love that the head of KFC Japan just lied and said eating KFC on Christmas was a big thing in America, to get Japanese people to buy it.
