I found your mom's TV show on cable heats ago. My life, health, and family were a mess. She inspired me so much. I had lost my oldest son, who was 21, in an accident. I couldn't get myself together; we always sat down at the table together before he died. Afterward, it felt empty. Watching her show, using her nanny plan, and taking baby steps got me on track. The littles are grown now, and I have grandkids. I remember her answering one of my emails. Hou, you are very blessed to have such an excellent example in your life. I love what you have accomplished, but your mom is the food nanny in my ❤️

Believe it or not, I still use paper planner 😃 Always had and probably always will. I tried planner apps and they didn’t work for me. When you run a blog, a business, homeschooling and have other 100 things going during the day, my paper planner is the only thing keeps me going to stay on top of things. I am old school 🙈
