How to make a Cheesecake without Crust || Crustless Cheesecake || Cheesecake Recipe

  • This video is about how to make a cheesecake without crust. The crust less cheese cake is very easy recipe.
    The cheesecake recipe you can make at home.
    For best results all the ingredients should be at room temperature.
    I always cool the cheese cake in the baking tin until the next day to keep it in good form and also it taste better.

    Pre- heat the Oven 170°C / 338° F before starting to mix the Cheesecake ingredients.
    Ingredients:
    200g Butter
    250g Sugar
    1 tablespoon Vanilla sugar (optional)
    5 Eggs
    1kg Curd Cheese (Quark)
    100g Maize flour (Corn flour)
    1 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
    Bread crumbs
    Powdered Sugar
    Bake 60 mins

    I love cheese cake omg i always make it with crust under, this was so interesting to me, will definetly try with no crust, never thot its possible hahaha

      You can use pure Jogurt you can mix it with pudding powder. I will posting very soon another type of Cheesecake which will be having no Quark. By the way Quark is Curd cheese.Thank you so much.
