I like Judge Bryant, but sometimes I think she just loves to hear herself fuss. I surely didn't like her coming for Mrs. Stevenson like she did. It's one thing to be popping off all the time for reactions, but to insinuate something that questions the attorneys credibility with the court is uncalled for. There are probably a quite few lawyers that may deserve that, but in my opinion, not Mrs. Stevenson.
Cases dont go by emotions. Thats why its very important to have your facts straight. A lot of times the court has no mercy whoever it is.

Whenever a lawyer says "It is my understanding..." they are about to tell a lie. If/when they get caught in the lie, they will claim that they misunderstood.
Nah, usually it's them saying 'this is what I was told and I can't verify if it's true' then if it turns out it was untrue they blame themselves and say they misunderstood. Idk what was happening here lol

I believe Ms.Peterson. I’ve never seen her do anything to misrepresent information to the court. You can tell the lawyers that actually lie to the court. Judge Bryant should know that as well.

This judge is all bark but no bite. She loves to put on a show for the viewers. I used to like her but she has become way too animated. If you notice anytime she gets mad, she will constantly repeat herself for emphasis. This is all just one big show for her.

It's a misdemeanor court. People don't seem to understand how limited powers a district court has in Michigan. Most of cases here have a maxed 93 days jail. That's the max, so you need to scare people straight.
