If the Court continues to dismiss these cases and assign minimum fines, he'll just keep on committing misdemeanors. I hope the Judge does indeed remember him if he gets picked up again.

I don't know why people don't understand a judge doesn't hand out a deal. It's the state. Sure, a judge can reject a deal and set it for trial. But no judge makes that call lightly as they don't know the evidence. Specially not over leafblowers.
Judge, the reason he keeps stealing is because of what I just watched. Very nice lecture, but I guarantee he will NOT take it to heart and someone else will be victimized. And then what? Another fine he probably won’t pay and let him out to do it again? YOU EVEN SAID IT and you let him go AGAIN.
Judge Hayward takes a real interest in her defendants. She speaks from the heart like a good mother would. And she packs a wallop just as a good mother would. Did he listen? I hope so.

Very bad call from the prosecutor recommending no jail time for this repeat offender. What's his incentive to change if he already knows he got away a fourth time. Make this decision make sense Judge.
This is the sickest court system I have ever seen. He is not even fined the cost of the blowers. When will the judges do like Judge Boyd does and tell the prosecutor No, I am not going to accept this plea.
