- Join us as we follow the construction of a new roller coaster opening at Chessington World Of Adventures in 2023! World Of JUMANJI will feature a signature roller coaster, two flat rides and much more in an immersive themed area set to open in 2023. In this series of construction vlogs we'll be covering the build of this brand new land!
In this update I take a detailed look at the work taking place on the large Jaguar Shrine theming structure. Along with that I check out the foundations for the two new flat rides along with taking a look at the station and maintenance area!

I was there today - dead as a dodo! Rode Dragon's Fury eight times, and it's amazing just how much of the Jumanji construction site is visible from the top of the ride, and seeing what progress is being made! This truly is an exciting time!

I was there today and some of the track is onsite! Not up yet but behind vampire in the staff area you can see coaster track through the fence. A green track.

Shawn can you please cover the refurbishment of Duel at Alton Towers. It’ll be interesting to see how quickly the refurbishment is finished. It’ll be brilliant for Alton Towers to have their original Haunted House back.
We’ll be covering it as much as possible however as it’s indoors most of the work will be hidden away!

Good to see the uk parks updating and getting us back out again to these theme parks as reason I stopped going is there was nothing new things were boring and had a heavy price tag when other countries were doing things better imo

Good to finally see the Jumanji Statue taking shape, think this is going to be an epic immersive themed land for Chessington WOA. Can't wait 100% to see it in person running, also thinking with capacity. Depending on how long train will be? Which does anyone actually know how long exactly this train will be? If you think about it, its actually got two trains on it? Aswell its two different experiences and two same type coasters depending on which side you seat on & experience? Which could also work very well. Think with capacity if train is quite long and got a lot of seats on it, it will be fine to deal hopefully with capacity, queues and more? If not, then maybe in future park in my opinion should maybe invest in two stations model involving two trains? But for now, see how this attraction deals with crowds that visit park. Wonder what flat ride types are going to be included? Especially as like the building for station plans change, so wondering what we will get? But anyways, looking all really exciting and hoping to go and experience this coaster & other attractions once it opens next year. Cheers for update, keep up the updates & news and look forward to seeing more videos of Jumanji in future. 😀👍

For after jumanji I think we need to upgrade vampire. Because the ride is VERY head bangy. Could we see a new generation vekoma train? It could also do with some new theming because the so called castle does not look like a castle

Definitely! Even though it has no thrill rides it's a super fun park and there's lots of thing to do

Nice update. Its not project Amazon though, that was for planning purposes... Its Project Genesis
Both were used during the planning stages, however the park management referred to it as Project Amazon when I’ve spoke with them in the past!
@@ThemeParkWorldwide yeah Amazon was more holistic for the planning stage... If you check the drawings and plans they are prefixed PG - Project Genesis. All very exciting seeing it come together

Shawn what's your thoughts on the minimum height for this new coaster? I'm thinking nothing else is over 1.2 at Chessington but as it's a wing coaster I'm unsure.

@@themeparkjaden good call, forgot about that one, it's never running when I go😜 Seeing as it's definitely more of a family park I think a 1.4 would cut off too many of their target audience but we'll see.
It’ll be interesting to see as B&M coasters are usually 1.4m, however not all of the time!
