You can learn the Vedanta Meditation as this man teaches ,but is a modern scientific version ,the Matrix movie is that modern teaching . The Matrix is your own bio computer brain machine that keeps You in the illusion of being a physical Being in a physical world via the nervous system and the five senses. Meditation is putting the body and mind to sleep but staying Awake and Alert inside until you experience yourself as Eternal Spirit again, you are not the body and mind you are Eternal Spirit trapped in the body, find your way back Home. Meditation is self salvation ....no one can do it for you ...not even a Real Guru it your choice......
I am one of those who occupy the lowest form of consciousness. But I have a glimmer of recognition when I listen to this man. He really helps me to survive myself.
He's the only one i listen to anymore so many corrupt spiritual teachers out there it's insane, he's the one that dares speak the truth, so far the only one i found. Thanks for the upload xx

I've recently discovered Shunyamurti and have found much comfort in his words and spirit even though I don't know much about him and his beliefs. As I learn more, his teachings do resonate more and more with me. I can't say that I follow his teachings but the recognition is there and that is a good starting point. I'm not sure about his end time beliefs( not that I think he is wrong) but it does concern me a little bit because it can be taken in such a way that could be misinterpreted and perhaps dismissed as fringe. His teachings are deep and very interesting to say the least. I'm always a little skeptical of any sage or guru but he has a way with words that I enjoy so God bless him.

Men struggle with “presence” and doubt themselves. The confusion of the social order has deeply affected masculinity. Be a “soul presence” with grace. Stop defining ourselves. Thank you Shunyamurti 🙏🏼💫

How very grateful I am for his wise teachings & great sense of humor. I have much appreciation for humans that can tell the truth without fear and use humor. Cuz 50 years of trauma all I need is humor and lessons, it appears as if a lot of us have recently been given this teacher to further or spiritual growth. A few of his teachings have given me a proverbial punch in the gut because they are specifically geared towards in utero trauma born into trauma shock Trauma and being able to deal with ego from that story line. Wisdom is so very priceless. Namaste
