I love how the black guy is totally right…. Randy doesn’t actually care about cultural appropriation. He is just trying to use that tactic. But then Randy is right that cultural appropriation can only be used one way.
Because it’s used the wrong way, in a lot of different ways
In that it’s mainly now being used by white people who don’t understand or care to understand the intricacies of the individual culture that are “white”
Or hammering people for small things, like food or fashion

@@dano9008 Isn't
@@dano9008 Isn't putting your own spin on another's tradition one of the major complaints about cultural appropriation?
Honestly the "cultural appropriation" is a dumb thing that only people in the US believe, using the clothes, discovering music, using dumb hats, it's the best thing 2 cultures can do since they get closer and see they are not so different, I find funny as a Mexican people thinking using the "sombrero" as appropriating when pretty much that's not the actual "charro" hat, it's a bastardization even Mexicans use as a joke but some dumb reason some latins in the US take as a serious thing.
It’s pretty unlikely that anything about any one culture is actually all that unique to them in history. Like
Wearing feather headdresses and using skins on poles for houses prob existed for many cultures at one time or another right?

The best way to expose the stupidity of woke culture is to point out just how incredibly stupid it is. Matt and Trey are great at it.
I dont know, this kind of has a mixed message. They aren't just calling out cultural appropriation for being dumb, they're also mocking the idea of being upset that cultural appropriation criticism only goes one way. Either it's dumb and everyone should cut the shit or it shouldn't be a double standard.
They've also done shit in the past where they act like white people just steal others' culture like when they had mr garrison ask chef how black people deal with white people stealing their culture all the time. Chef was just like, "We have to keep making new culture to stay ahead of the culture theft."
It's actually depicting the opposite side as incredibly stupid. Randy is representing how people who whine about cancel culture are incredibly stupid (and selfish. Note that "cancel culture" is typically the opposite side of "Woke", blaming "woke" people for cancelling them) and how white privileged people who complain that white people are actually the ones that are oppressed are incredibly stupid (and selfish) (again, the opposite side of the spectrum from "woke" where idiots try to argue "No, it's the woke people that are the real racists because they're racist against white people!")
@@KirbyFrontier it s not about that🤣they are actually mocking this too. The thing is that Randy is doing the same thing by taking legitimacy with his big 10 percent😂.
I think it s mocking all the people that use cultural values for profit. Randy does it, the other guy does it and in today's world most of people who support woke movements are doing the same. They don t care and don t belive in them, they just care about making a profit. Singers, actors, all kind of superstars, politicians, companies etc.
@@KirbyFrontier Is Randy wrong? Cover your ears all you want, Cancel Culture is very real. You forget that being racist against white people is still racism.

I like how they managed to make the only black guy in the show a legit drug dealer, without anybody realizing or getting butt hurt over it.

can we appreciate that Randy in continuity is a pretty good brawler, and that Tolken's dad took a left hook to the face and reacted pretty impressively? Dude held the line quite effectively

The music immediately takes me back to Stick Of Truth ❤

Randy kinda did have a valid point. If race is such a big issue, and cultural appropriation is so wrong... he did have a point.
I can’t believe I need to explain this…People get upset when you appropriate the culture of a minority. You can’t appropriate the culture of the majority, because it’s already the majority culture everyday. St Patrick’s day is a (white) Christian celebration, observed by mostly everyone in Western society, not specifically Irish. That’s what the show is pointing out, that the Tucker Carlsons of the world don’t seem to understand the difference between the majority white experience and that of everyone else.
@@johntheboy6555 Sounds like double standards and hypcorisy.

@@johntheboy6555 nice to show your ignorance, white isn't a culture and Irish definitely is not the majority race. This exact double standard(which also happens at Halloween) is why people who scream "cultural appropriation" are not to be listened to or respected.
Jokes aside, Randy’s actually dead right about this
The problem is that woke white people hate their own race and always did against their own people. No race can survive if half of its members hates it and wants it erased?
@@arynasabalenka3173 yeah it’s sad. I’ve recently started calling out white people for their own white race hate, it’s hilarious to see them try and explain their logic

As a guy in ireland, I don't see any problem with non Irish wearing green or being involved in the festivities. I actually think it's awesome to see other cultures joining in the fun. It's flattering and kind. I just don't know how people get offended by costumes. That's just me.
Think that's the point. The idea of cultural appropriation is stupid by using white people as an example.
You have no idea that this cultural interaction has impacted the north american mentality.
There was a caucasian girl who got canceled years ago for wearing a beautiful chinese dress. Wearing a sombrero or feathered hat is viewed only as mocking a culture towards Mexicans and native americans respectively. It reduces the options of original costumes for Halloween, otherwise its always: Super-Hero, vampire, ghosts etc. Yeah in north america its very controversial, people from outside these countries (canada and the usa) should have knowledge if they want to dress in this turbulent continent, which got out of hands
Nono, it's ignorant people that will get offended FOR you, there's a difference!
ironically, its only offensive when its done by plastic paddies, because they love to play it up
This won't age well.

Randy is freaking hilarious - “I am looking at my point” 🤣
we can all agree that after 25 seasons Randy turned out to be the funniest, silliest and perhaps best lead character in the show. Cartman is always top notch and extremely funny, but Randy simply takes the cake. Being adult and behaving so childish is just hillarious
Cartman WAS the best character many seasons ago, but they didn't like that the audience was in love with the openly racist kid so they degraded him quite a bit.
I hate to abandon Cartman, but I have to agree.

So trueeeeee. I had a schoolmate studying abroad w me get upset asians were braiding hair because supposedly braids only came from her culture 🙄🙄🙄. She didn't mind wearing the wigs typically made of Asian hair though. No complaints there.
Love how this is the one time he didn't respond to being arrested by saying "I thought that this was America"
Because cancel culture mostly applies in America
If you think cancel culture “mostly applies to America” I suggest you never travel abroad ANYWHERE. You’ll be immensely disappointed if you do. Every country has it. In places like Hungary, Saudi Arabia, and Russia it’s the conservatives who use it, in places like Canada and Sweden it’s the left. In America both sides are near equally comfortable using such tactics, but not nearly to the extent it’s used in other places.
I think he didn't say because a white guy and black guy were fighting and the white guy got arrested 🤔
