    I am currently experiencing a really bad tension headache that has been pretty painful and affected my sleep all last night. So, thank you so much for this. I hope this will help.

    I just found your channel, Zenovate- and even if it were to be 45 years old, I would Subscribe. The amount of knowledge you share AND demonstrate is tremendous! I thank you so much for sharing with fellow LMT's.

    I'm confused...
    2:36
    Soo... do I have to do what you did... You PULLED HER HAIR!!!!
    to position her on the headrest!!
    I have been doing this for 30 years and have never
    seen anyone do that...
    Is that necessary?
    Is that part of the treatment?
    ... and her hair was perfect...
    Do I ask the client if she wants her hair messed up...
    or is that just part of the treatment?

      Judi Christopher The hair pulling is used to release the fascia on the scalp that can be a huge factor in headaches.

    Your ‘hara’?... is that a euphemism lol

    • @828healingsomaticcadence
      @828healingsomaticcadence 6 лет назад +3

      Your hara is your energy center. its location is your belly. this is a term used in Shiatsu. which is the technique most commonly used in chair massage.
